Free Health Movie and Cooking Demo

South Bay church is hosting a free health movie screening of UnSupersize Me and a cooking demonstration to follow. UnSupersize Me documents the inspiring story of personal trainer Juan-Carlos Asse and his quest to prove that a whole foods, plant-based diet coupled with an exercise regimen are capable of remarkably improving the health of any and every individual.
